Accessibility Statement for my blog, oldwordfarmhouse.com
I, Kathleen Monaghan, started writing my blog, oldworldfarmhouse.com, to share my love for beautiful decorative arts from the 18th and 19th centuries with others who love them as well.
I want everyone who loves the things I talk about here on this blog to be able to access my content. I am very grateful to every visitor who takes the time to visit my site.
I am committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. I am continually improving the user experience for everyone, and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
Measures to support accessibility
I developed my blog, oldworldfarmhouse.com, with the theme “Billie” from Themes by Carolina, a WordPress accessibility-ready theme. This was done per the following WordPress Guidelines: “the accessibility-ready themes have been checked by the Theme Review Team to ensure that these themes pass their basic accessibility requirements.“ from WordPress.org
I am working diligently on making oldworldfarmhouse.com accessible.
My goal is to provide universal access to my website by following WCAG guidelines. This is a journey in progress.
If you have any questions, comments, or concerns regarding the accessibility of my blog, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I will get back to you shortly to make sure your needs are served, and ensure that proper steps are taken so that the problem is not encountered again in the future.
